ACGN Nexus is an open-access journal that bridges ACGN (Animation, Comic, Game, Novel) culture with the social sciences and humanities. We publish scholarly articles, ethical inquiries, critical commentaries, and interdisciplinary dialogues that examine the cultural, social, psychological, and philosophical dimensions of ACGN phenomena.
Unlike conventional academic journals, ACGN Nexus embraces diverse writing styles—including first-person narrative, essayistic criticism, and subjective argumentation—while maintaining intellectual rigor and proper citation standards. We welcome contributions in both Chinese and English.
All submissions undergo editorial screening by the Editorial Board. When a submission falls outside the editors' domain expertise, double-blind peer review is conducted to ensure fair and informed evaluation.
We believe ACGN culture is not merely entertainment but a lens through which contemporary society can be understood, critiqued, and reimagined.
